Questions and answers
What does FTM Auto Trading cost?
One payment for your plan. Sale prices until 1 January 2028: 499€ a year, 1,999€ for 5 years, or 4,999€ for life (normally 999€, 3,999€ and 9,999€). Nothing else is charged by FTM.
Does FTM take a share of my Auto Trading profit?
No. FTM takes 0% of your profit. Everything FTM MACHINE makes on your account is yours.
Are there monthly or hidden fees?
No. The only other costs are your broker’s normal spreads and swap, which go to the broker, not to FTM.
Where is my money?
In your own broker account. FTM only places trades and never has withdrawal access. Your MT5 password is stored encrypted.
Can I pause or stop any time?
Yes. Pause, withdraw or stop trading from your dashboard at any time. Trading also stops automatically if your subscription ends.
Do I need to install anything?
No. FTM MACHINE runs on FTM’s cloud servers. You only link your MT5 account, or open one through FTM.
Which risk profile should I choose?
Conservative trades smaller, Balanced is our default, and Growth 2× trades twice the size for experienced clients. You can change profile any time. The choice is yours; FTM does not give personal investment advice.
Are the results guaranteed?
No. Published results come from a historical backtest since 2020 and are shown with their drawdowns. Trading carries risk and you can lose money.
How does FTM Investment work?
You deposit into the FTM account, with no broker account needed. Over a 5-year contract you receive half of what the account makes, applied to your investment. The minimum is 1.000€.
When can I withdraw from FTM Investment?
From the 1st of the month after 13 full months, up to 20% of your investment each year. The rest of your share and your deposit are paid at the end of the 5 years.
Can I get a refund?
Auto Trading subscriptions are not refundable. For FTM Investment you can ask for your capital back after 1 year; you receive its value at that time, so any loss is borne by you. See section 6.5 of the Terms.
Is there a free account?
Yes. Create one from Log in, then Create a free account. You get FTM updates by email and access to the client area. Linking a trading account needs a plan.

FTM only needs trading access. We never ask for your broker portal login or anything that can move money out of your account.
Use the exact server name. You will find it in your broker's welcome email, or in MT5 under File, Login to Trade Account.
This is the MT5 master password your broker sent when you opened the account. It lets FTM MACHINE place trades. It cannot be used to withdraw money, and you can revoke access any time by changing it in MT5. Do not use your investor password or your broker portal login.
